Collaboration

RealDeal is designed for teams. The collaboration features allow you to work together on analyzing deals.

Shared Visibility (Admins)

Currently, Admins have visibility into all deals. This is useful for:

• Mentors reviewing a student's deal.
• Partners reviewing a deal found by an acquisition manager.
• Lenders validating the numbers on a loan application.

Comments

You can leave comments on any Property Analysis page.

1. Navigate to the Analysis detail view.
2. Open the Comments sidebar or section.
3. Type your note and hit enter.

All team members with access to that property will see the comment in real-time.

Contextual Comments: Click on the "Message" icon next to specific fields (like "Repair Cost") to open a thread dedicated to that data point. This keeps discussions organized.
